Specifications

• Main relay bank (1–6) powered using 12 AWG wire — 14 AWG would have sufficed for current load.
• Standard automotive relays used with mixed terminal sizes (4.8mm and 6.3mm).
• Junctions and connectors mapped for modular serviceability.

Notes

• Wire gauge selection was conservative to ensure thermal headroom.
• All connectors are crimp-style for vibration resistance.
